PTV. Planning Transportation Visions.

Mygistics is creating the world's largest traffic model based on a unique model-based ITS traffic prediction technology to generate predictive traffic data for traveler information and logistics as well as real-time decision support for traffic management. We simulate all travelers on the network to accurately forecast future traffic volumes and travel times. The simulation model processes limited sensor data and fuses it with probe data, providing actionable traffic information anywhere in the network. Travel time data is assigned to each street in the map data set including freeways, rural and urban highways, and urban streets. The resulting Predictive Travel Times are intended for integration into consumer telematics, portable navigation, logistics, and other devices and systems for online and offline use.

Simultaneously, the model provides the basis for real-time decision support (RTDSS) in traffic management with our product portfolio also covering adaptive network signal control and strategy management solutions.

Headquartered in Kansas City, MO and with its main office in Portland, OR, Mygistics is a partially-owned subsidiary of PTV and the exclusive partner and distributor for IT’S seamless products and services in North America.

NuStats is a full-service survey research firm specializing in scientific research on social issues and components of quality of life, as well as on consumer market behavior. The firms strategic vision is the fusing of rigorous survey science and cutting-edge technology to deliver top quality market research and consulting.
