Classroom Registration

Registration Terms and Conditions:

Payment must be received prior to 10 business days before a training date.

PTV America will accept cancellations according to the following terms and conditions. Cancellations must be made in writing and be acknowledged as received by PTV America.

Cancellations are accepted at no charge up to 10 business days before a class date. A $200 administration fee for expenses incurred for course preparation and rental contracts will be applied for cancellations received between 9 and 6 working days prior to a training date. Cancellations received 5 working days or less and no shows will not be refunded.

PTV America reserves the right to cancel a training due to insufficient registration. Confirmed registrations will be notified within 15 working days of the scheduled course date if a training will be cancelled. PTV America is not responsible for costs incurred by registrants due to course cancellation.
