SCHEDULE
Registration: 8:00am - 8:30am
Classroom Training: 8:30am - 4:30pm, including two 15-minute breaks and one hour for lunch
Discussion and Questions: 4:30pm - 4:45pm
REGISTRATION & COST
Classes are taught by PTV America's certified PTV Vision software trainers. Registration may be completed here.
Fees include lunch. Each participant is provided with a computer installed with the latest software release, a printed course manual, and a USB drive with course materials.
Early Rate: Register by November 2, 2012
Intro - $950
All other classes: $500 each
Standard Rate: Register on or after November 3, 2012
Intro - $1,050
All other classes - $600 each
PAYMENT

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Until November 16, 2012, the rate of $109 per night excluding taxes is available to guests attending PTV Vision Classroom Training. For reservations, please contact (800) 627-8258 and request the group rate for PTV America. Training registrants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations.
TRAVEL
This PTV Vision Training event is registered with United Airlines to offer travelers discounts on air travel. Flights to Orlando may be subject to a 5-10% discount when reservations are booked online and the PTV America code ZMNV897424 is entered in the Offer Code box when searching for flights.

CANCELLATION POLICY
PTV America, Inc. will accept cancellations of confirmed registrations according to the following fees and conditions:
Cancellations are accepted in writing at no charge up to 10 business days before the class. A $200 administration fee for expenses incurred for course preparation and rental contracts will be applied between 9 and 6 working days prior to the training date. Cancellations received 5 or less working days prior to the training and no-shows will not be refunded. An organization may substitute a registrant at any time.
PTV America, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training due to insufficient registration. Confirmed registrations will be notified within 15 working days of the scheduled course date if a training will be cancelled. PTV America is not responsible for costs incurred by registrants due to course cancellation; however, PTV America will work with clients to meet their training needs with other scheduled sessions or personalized in-house training.
