SCHEDULE

Registration:  8:00am - 8:30am

Classroom Training:  8:30am - 4:30pm, including two 15-minute breaks and one hour for lunch

REGISTRATION & COST

Classes are taught by PTV America's certified PTV Vision software trainers. Registration may be completed here.

Fees include lunch. Each participant is provided with a computer installed with the latest software release, a printed course manual, and a USB drive with course materials.

Early Rate:  Register by May 17, 2012

     Intro - $950

     All other classes: $500 each

Standard Rate:  Register on or after May 18, 2012

     Intro - $1,050

     All other classes - $600 each

PAYMENT

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

A courtesy rate of $129 per night is offered to guests attending PTV Vision Classroom Training. Please call reservations at (801) 238-3000 and request the the "PTV Vision" rate. Training registrants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS

Intro:  14 PDH each

All other classes:  7 PDH each

CANCELLATION POLICY

PTV America, Inc. will accept cancellations of confirmed registrations according to the following fees and conditions:

Cancellations are accepted in writing at no charge up to 10 business days before the class. A $200 administration fee for expenses incurred for course preparation and rental contracts will be applied between 9 and 6 working days prior to the training date. Cancellations received 5 or less working days prior to the training and no-shows will not be refunded. An organization may substitute a registrant at any time.

PTV America, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training due to insufficient registration. Confirmed registrations will be notified within 15 working days of the scheduled course date if a training will be cancelled. PTV America is not responsible for costs incurred by registrants due to course cancellation; however, PTV America will work with clients to meet their training needs with other scheduled sessions or personalized in-house training.
