Payment

Courses can be paid by check or credit card. PTV America, Inc. accepts VISA and MasterCard. Purchase orders can be used to register. Payments must be received prior to the course to attend.

Your registration fees include training materials, computer equipment, lunch, and continental breakfast. Contact Katy Ryan if you have any special diet requests.

Hotel Accommodations

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and hotel accommodations. Accommodations are available at the training venue, The Hampton Inn and Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor.

Directions

From the North and South:
Take 95 North to Exit 53-395 towards Downtown Inner Harbor and turn right onto Pratt St. Make a left onto Calvert St. and left onto Redwood St. The hotel is on the left.

From BWI Airport:
Take Exit 4A and follow into Downtown Baltimore. Turn right onto Pratt St. and left onto Calvert St. Make a left onto Redwood and the hotel is on the left.

Continuing Education Units/Professional Development Hours

Participants will receive 14 PDH for either the VISSIM Intro courses and 7 PDH for VISSIM Adv. III.

PTV America Cancellation Policy

PTV America, Inc. will accept cancellations of confirmed registrations prior to the training date, however there will be a fee applied.

A $50 administration fee will be applied to any cancellations prior to 15 working days prior to the training date. A $200 administration fee (for expenses incurred for course preparation and rental contracts) will be applied between 15 and 7 working days prior to the training date. Cancellations received less than 7 working days prior to the training will not be refunded.

PTV America, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training due to insufficient registration. Confirmed registrations will be notified within 15 working days of the scheduled course date if the training will be cancelled. PTV America is not responsible for costs incurred by confirmed registrants upon a course's cancellation; however, PTV America will work with clients to meet their training needs with other scheduled sessions or personalized in-house training.
