Payment

Courses can be paid by check or credit card. PTV America, Inc. accepts VISA and MasterCard. Purchase orders can be used to register. Payments must be received prior to the course to attend.

Your registration fees include training materials, computer equipment, lunch, and continental breakfast. Contact Katy Ryan if you have any special diet requests.

Hotel Accommodations

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and hotel accommodations. Accommodations are available at the training venue, Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Lakefront Hotel. For hotel reservations, please call Embassy Suites: 312-836-5900. Mention the PTV America room block for the rate of $249.00. This rate is available until Aug. 29, 2008.

Directions

From I-90/94, exit Ohio Street, turn right at first light onto Orleans Street and proceed two blocks. Turn left on Illinois and proceed ten blocks until you cross Columbus Drive. Turn left into the hotel parking (self or valet park). The hotel is at the intersection of Illinois and Columbus.
From I-290, Exit I-90-94 North and go two miles. Take the Ohio Street exit and go one mile. Make a right onto Fairbanks Court. The hotel is two blocks on the left.

Cross Streets are Columbus Drive and Illinois Street.

Continuing Education Units/Professional Development Hours

Participants will receive 14 PDH for either the VISUM Intro or VISSIM Intro courses or 28 PDH for PTV VISION Suite.

PTV America Cancellation Policy

PTV America, Inc. will accept cancellations of confirmed registrations prior to the training date, however there will be a fee applied.

A $50 administration fee will be applied to any cancellations prior to 15 working days prior to the training date. A $200 administration fee (for expenses incurred for course preparation and rental contracts) will be applied between 15 and 7 working days prior to the training date. Cancellations received less than 7 working days prior to the training will not be refunded.

PTV America, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training due to insufficient registration. Confirmed registrations will be notified within 15 working days of the scheduled course date if the training will be cancelled. PTV America is not responsible for costs incurred by confirmed registrants upon a course's cancellation; however, PTV America will work with clients to meet their training needs with other scheduled sessions or personalized in-house training.
