PTV America Cancellation Policy

PTV America, Inc. will accept cancellations of confirmed registrations prior to the training date, however there will be a fee applied.

A $50 administration fee will be applied to any cancellations prior to 15 working days prior to the training date. A $200 administration fee (for expenses incurred for course preparation and rental contracts) will be applied between 15 and 7 working days prior to the training date. Cancellations received less than 7 working days prior to the training will not be refunded.

PTV America, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training due to insufficient registration. Confirmed registrations will be notified within 15 working days of the scheduled course date if the training will be cancelled. PTV America is not responsible for costs incurred by confirmed registrants upon a course’s cancellation; however, PTV America will work with clients to meet their training needs with other scheduled sessions or personalized in-house training.

Payment Options

Course registration can be held with Purchase Orders and paid for either by  Check or Credit Card. PTV America accepts VISA and MasterCard as credit card payments. Payments must be received prior to the course to attend.

Registration

Please register early to guarantee attendance and take advantage of early registration discounts. Registration can be made by phone, fax, or online. The registration option to the left provides a link to the registration page. If you do not receive a confirmation letter by email within 10 days of registration please contact Katy Ryan at 302-654-4384.

Continuing Education Units/Professional Development Hours

Participants will be awarded 7 Professional Development Hours (PDH) per day for attending any PTV Vision training course.

The VISSIM Advanced I, II, and III courses have been approved for .7 CEU credits (7 PDH) by the Division of Distance and Continuing Education at NDSU. Participants requesting CEU registration will have an official transcript and record of attendance with NDSU and PTV America.

Academic Discount

Any University or academic institution that owns the PTV Vision software may attend any PTV Vision training course at a 50% discount of the early or standard rates at time of registration.  Please mention the academic discount when registering.  The academic discount is only applied if the University or academic institution that owns PTV Vision software also pays for the training fee.
